Di Taylor has been painting watercolours since her retirement in 2009. She has undertaken a number of courses and workshops through the Watercolour Society of Queensland with leading watercolour artists including Herman Pekel, David Taylor, Ross Paterson and Helen Beaver.

Di has won a number of awards at local shows including Second Prize at the Brookfield Art Show. Her favourite subject is still life but Di tries a range of subjects including landscapes and seascapes.

Di was President of the Watercolour Society of Qld for three years and their Exhibition Convenor for five years. She is currently the President of the Kilcoy Art Society.
