Marie Ellis OAM Prize for Drawing

The Marie Ellis OAM Prize for Drawing seeks to encourage excellence in drawing as an important foundation for any arts practice.

25 Finalists will be chosen by a specially-selected judging panel and their works exhibited at Jugglers Art Space (Brisbane) during August 2018.

The Major Prize Winner & Honourable Mention, selected by the judges, will be announced at the opening night of the exhibition. The People’s Choice Award is determined by visitor vote and announced at the closing party for the exhibition.

• Major Prize Winner is awarded $4000 in acquisitive prizes
• Honourable Mention is awarded to the value of $500
• People’s Choice Award is awarded to the value of $500

A special Director’s Encouragement Award may also be awarded to an outstanding entry by a High School student.

Entries opened March 5th and close June 11th, 2018.
