Kilcoy State High School student art exhibition

To coincide with the recent Art and Music in the Park celebration, KASI invited year 11 and 12 Kilcoy State High School (KSHS) students to exhibit their artwork in the Courthouse Art Gallery from 13^th to 16^th September.

The quality of work was of a very high standard which made it difficult for our judging panel to award 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd place! Congratulations to all students and particularly Madison Eyre who took out first place; Kasey Messinbird for second place and Terri Bramwell for third place. Thank you to Sally Wright and Katelyn McGrath, from KSHS for supporting KASI in this venture.

If you missed the display at the Courthouse Art Gallery, many of the works will be on exhibition at the Somerset Regional Art Gallery – The Condensery, at Toogoolawah in a combined Somerset Senior Students exhibition, which will be open Saturday 29^th September through to Saturday 4^th November. This exhibition will feature a range of pieces and designs across various mediums and show the unlimited imagination of senior students from Toogoolawah, Kilcoy and Lowood State High Schools.
